RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

The maximum return or exchange period for an item is 14 calendar days after the date of sale.

Any product whose return has been requested but not returned within this period will be void and will not be accepted.

The exchange or return will be accepted as long as the item is received in the same condition as it was supplied, that is, in its packaging, with its accessories, instruction manuals in perfect condition, and the corresponding invoice or proof of purchase.

The return and shipping costs of the new product in the case of an exchange will be the customer's responsibility.

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for items that have been tampered with, stained, damaged, or have undergone any modifications or are missing, including their packaging. Exchanges or returns will also not be accepted for merchandise ordered, reserved, modified, or manufactured expressly for the customer.

For returns from outside the EU, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and all applicable customs fees.
